By accessing www.myflowmind.com or purchasing any product or service from MyFlowMind, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
MyFlowMind provides AI automation consulting and implementation services to businesses. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each engagement are defined in a separate statement of work or proposal agreed upon by both parties before work begins.
2. Digital Products
MyFlowMind sells digital products including workflow templates, prompt libraries, and automation bundles through Gumroad and Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing:
- You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own business purposes.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our products without written permission.
- Digital products are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed by the payment processor.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied, email raphealjohn@myflowmind.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds for custom agency services are governed by the terms in your individual contract.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on myflowmind.com — including text, design, code, templates, and workflows — is owned by MyFlowMind or used with permission. Purchasing a digital product grants you a licence to use it; it does not transfer ownership. The MyFlowMind name, logo, and brand are trademarks of Rapheal John t/a MyFlowMind.
5. Limitation of Liability
MyFlowMind's total liability for any claim arising from our services or products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.
Automation systems we deliver depend on third-party platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot, etc.). We are not liable for downtime, pricing changes, or API changes by those platforms after delivery.
6. Confidentiality
Any business information you share with us during a client engagement is treated as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our products or services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Send spam or unsolicited communications at scale
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Build systems intended to deceive, defraud, or harm individuals
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyFlowMind operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
